We're now looking for a Finance Manager to join our Boston team.

The Opportunity
As Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the region, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial insight that supports business performance.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership while leading and developing a high-performing finance team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing technical excellence with commercial thinking and wants to make a genuine impact within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading regional financial reporting, month-end and year-end activities
- Partnering with business leaders to support strategic decision-making
- Driving financial controls, governance and process improvements
- Managing cashflow reporting, forecasting and financial performance analysis
- Overseeing tax compliance, statutory reporting and regulatory requirements
- Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and financial accuracy
- Supporting project accounting, revenue recognition and forecasting activities
- Leading, mentoring and developing finance team members
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, reporting and operational efficiency
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple regions and global functions
About You
You'll be a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong technical accounting expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills.
We're particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have:
- CPA, CA or equivalent accounting qualification
- 8 years of finance and accounting experience
- Previous experience operating within a Finance Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong financial reporting, compliance and governance experience
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Advanced knowledge of financial controls, forecasting and business partnering
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to continuously improve processes
Experience within project-based, consulting, professional services, construction, design or engineering environments would be highly advantageous.
