As a growing local agency, we pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our clients and delivering a concierge-level customer experience. We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to support our team and help us continue delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist producers with preparing insurance quotes and proposals
- Support the sales team with policy processing and documentation
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and internal staff
- Help manage client records and maintain organized files
- Provide administrative and operational support for the sales process
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professional and friendly approach when working with clients
- Interest in building a career in the insurance industry
- Insurance experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
