Senior IT Procurement & Contracts Analyst Unison Systems is seeking a Senior IT Procurement & Contracts Analyst to support one of our Fortune 500 clients in Denver, CO. This is a long-term contract position with the flexibility to work remotely; however, candidates must be available during Mountain Standard Time (MST) business hours.12mo contract to start (multiple year need)Remote Opportunity (MST work hours required)Travel – one trip per year to Denver (November timeframe) for annual meetingIn this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of technology contracts and agreements for all suppliers who access, transmit, or host company data, as well as those providing IT contingent workforce services. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will consult with business stakeholders on vendor management processes, business requirements, and necessary documentation.You will collaborate closely with Legal, Risk Management, IT Finance, and IT Security to ensure compliance and foster strong partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise technology solutions and a solid understanding of financial processes related to technology procurement, including CapEx, OpEx, PR/PO creation, PII, and risk/compliance considerations.Duties include but not limited to:Serves as a point of contact for Technology Vendors on behalf of the organizationManages contract renewals, extensions, terminations and new business for all technology vendorsLead contract negotiations with vendors (i.e. renegotiation's, extensions, terminations and new business)Educate business owners on the VMO role and processProvide input on VMO program, process and proceduresTrack and report on pending and completed work on a daily basisParticipate in scheduled intake meetings with key stakeholdersAdhere to legal guidelines Analyze and identify additional agreements as neededCoordinates Legal, Risk, IT Finance and IT Security reviewsPerform on-boarding of new vendor partnersCreate & Foster strong partnerships with internal Business Owner PartnersSupport Information Security governanceOther duties as assignedPreferred Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent professional experience preferredExpert in evaluating a broad range of technology investments with advanced critical thinking and analytical skills providing our business partners with the greatest flexibility and solution options.Demonstrated expertise leading complex vendor negotiations.The ability to challenge customer input to facilitate stronger outcomes.Must exhibit efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, and results orientation, be service oriented and team focused with a high degree of initiative and follow through.Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and demonstrable experience in preparing presentations to financial and business leaders, including senior management.Proficient knowledge and use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, electronic signature software (Docusign) and Smartsheet.
