Position Summary:
The Case Manager provides direct support to the mental health field to join our comprehensive crisis care team in our 24-hour stabilization unit. We are looking for passionate, dynamic individuals to provide direct care and support.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights
- Provides direct mental health services as appropriate per licensure to clients in accordance with the State mandates and established Agency and program policies, procedures, philosophy and the Individualized Service Plan.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and three years of experience working with individuals with a mental illness and/or substance use disorder.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include alternate shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet program needs.
- Must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the needs of persons experiencing a psychiatric or substance abuse crisis.
- Must demonstrate individual and group therapeutic skills, knowledge of mental illness and substance abuse.
