Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: Starting at $21.00/ hour Weekend Shift Differential
- 12-hour Day shift - 6:45am to 7:15pm

Unison Health is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Children’s Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP). This is your opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families by providing care, support, and encouragement in a safe, home-like environment.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:
- Build positive, supportive relationships with youth
- Assist with daily living skills, meals, hygiene, chores, and recreation
- Lead and participate in structured activities and learning opportunities
- Document progress, behaviors, and interactions
- Use trauma-informed approaches, de-escalation techniques, and crisis interventions when needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe, supportive environment
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license & insurable (if driving required)
- CPR & CPI certification within 90 days of hire
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed
