Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful customer experiences while supporting the growth of the bank.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building relationships that go beyond the transaction.

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience & Service

• Deliver personalized, professional service that makes every customer feel valued
• Assist customers with account questions, requests, and problem resolution
• Build trust through clear communication and attention to detail

Account Management & Operations

• Open and maintain deposit accounts, including IRA accounts
• Process account updates, documentation, and file maintenance
• Ensure accuracy in reporting, scanning, and account records
• Follow all bank policies and regulatory requirements

Sales & Relationship Growth

• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that support customer goals
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and welcome new ones
• Support branch promotions and outreach efforts

Team & Culture

• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Support internal partners with account-related questions
• Contribute to a positive, team-first environment
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability every day

What You Bring

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months to 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination

Preferred

• Cash handling
• Customer service or banking experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
