Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate testing efforts with project leads and IT teams.
- Create, document, and maintain comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute testing across multiple systems, track results, and support issue resolution.
- Analyze system impacts across interconnected applications and business processes.
- Maintain understanding of business areas, workflows, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Participate in research, analysis, planning, development, and implementation of system changes driven by regulatory or policy updates.
