Job Title: Technical Account Manager (UiPath)
Role Overview
As a Technical Account Manager, you will take ownership of your customers' technical success. Serving as a core member of the account team, you will be accountable for technical workstreams that help customers strategize and execute adoption plans to drive exceptional business value. You will proactively engage and influence customers, providing embedded advisory and guiding the technical maturity of their automation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Success & Strategy: Take ownership of customers' technical success and guide the technical maturity of their automation programs to achieve business objectives.
- Infrastructure & Platform Support: Provide UiPath platform infrastructure, installation, upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Enablement: Educate customers' technical stakeholders on UiPath platform best practices tailored to their unique pipelines, environments, and constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct design and code reviews for select automations to reinforce and verify best practices.
- Program Assessment: Perform technical health checks of automation programs and environments, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Incident Management: Collaborate with UiPath Product Support and subject matter experts to manage, facilitate, and resolve escalated support incidents.
- Thought Leadership: Provide technical advisory through webinars, demos, and speaking engagements.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and mature team processes, assets, and methodologies in an agile manner to maintain best-in-class delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in technical customer-facing roles. Prior experience in technical support or technical consulting is a plus.
- UiPath & Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience with the UiPath platform, AI, and related intelligent automation products. Must possess a deep technical understanding of the stack, including development best practices, configurations, and infrastructure advisory.
- Infrastructure & Systems: Experience with Linux-based systems administration, Windows and Linux server infrastructure, IT, network troubleshooting, and security. Kubernetes knowledge is highly desired.
- Programming Skills: Solid background in programming, preferably .NET, though C#, C , VB, Java, Python, or PowerShell are acceptable.
- Cloud Technologies: SaaS and Cloud technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; self-motivated and proactive team player; demonstrates diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with English fluency. Capable of presenting to large audiences.
