Responsibilities:- Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Review and validate records and supporting documentation for completeness and correctness
- Process, review, and verify data using multiple systems and tools
- Cross-check information against various sources (manual and system-based) to ensure data integrity
- Work with healthcare claims forms such as CMS-1500 and UB-04 (CMS-1450)
- Index and organize claims and related documentation for efficient retrieval
- Apply established policies and procedures during data processing and verification
- Conduct outreach to providers or stakeholders when additional information or clarification is required
- Track and ensure completion of assigned tasks within defined timelines
- Experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative support roles
- Familiarity with healthcare claims processing and related documentation
- Strong knowledge of forms such as CMS-1500 and UB-04 (CMS-1450)
- Ability to work with multiple systems (e.g., document management tools, portals, or mainframe systems)
