About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Training & Onboarding Specialist who will become an expert in our UniSight application suite and help train our customers' employees on how to use our software. You’ll spend the first month learning every feature of our system inside and out, and then you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, effective training sessions both in our office and on-site at customer locations (within a 25-mile radius of Glendale).
Because our initial market focus is within the Armenian community, bilingual fluency in English and Armenian is strongly preferred. This is an exciting opportunity to get in early with a growing company, become the first member of our dedicated training team, and help us build a foundation for customer success as we expand.
What You’ll Do
- Learn the full UniSight application suite and become a subject matter expert.
- Train new users — from cashiers to managers — on how to use our POS, mobile apps, and enterprise web tools.
- Conduct in-person training sessions at customer locations (25-mile radius, mileage reimbursed). Develop clear, easy-to-follow explanations and demos tailored to different user skill levels.
- Collaborate with our support and product teams to improve training materials and customer onboarding processes.
- Help us shape the future of our training program as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Armenian (required for initial target markets).
- No prior technical experience required — we’ll train you.
- Excellent people skills and a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills — you can explain complex topics simply and clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple training sessions.
- Comfortable traveling to customer sites (reliable transportation required; expenses reimbursed).
- A desire to grow with UniSight and build a long-term career.
