Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related discipline.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
