Uniroyal Engineered Products is a leading manufacturer of vinyl coated fabrics that are durable, stain resistant, cost-effective alternatives to leather, cloth and other synthetic fabric coverings. The company manufactures automotive, specialty and Naugahyde brand products at its manufacturing plant in Stoughton, Wisconsin.
Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and efficient Data Entry Clerk experienced with SAP to join our company. In this position, you will be working directly with the Purchasing Manager. You will be assisting in placing and tracking purchase orders and assisting with inventory data entry. Verifying data accuracy, updating existing files as needed and resolving data entry discrepancies. You will be willing to train on SAP.
Responsibilities
- Enter purchase orders into SAP
- Track and monitor the purchase orders in SAP
- Enter inventory and monitor inventory levels
- Assist with inventory counts
- Assist with cycle counts entering data into spreadsheets
- Assist Purchasing Manager with other duties as assigned
