What You’ll Do
As Assistant Production Supervisor, you’ll partner with the Production Superintendent to keep operations running efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
Leadership & Team Support
- Provide daily direction to operators and production leads
- Train, coach, and mentor team members
- Deliver performance feedback and reinforce accountability
- Step in to lead the shift when the Production Supervisor is unavailable
Production & Quality Oversight
- Monitor workflow and ensure production targets are met
- Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions
- Enforce safety standards and quality expectations
- Maintain accurate production reports and documentation
Continuous Improvement
- Support Lean and efficiency initiatives
- Participate in process improvements to reduce waste and improve output
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
What You Bring
Required:
- Prior Lead or Assistant Supervisory experience
- Manufacturing experience (production, team lead, or similar role)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency (ERP/SAP experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Preferred:
- Experience in vinyl or fabric manufacturing
- Exposure to supply chain or logistics coordination
Education: High school diploma required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available)
