About the Role:
As our Sales & Styling Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the boutique—responsible for driving sales through expert outfitting, building lasting relationships with clients, and leading your team by example. You’ll coach associates on current trends, styling techniques, and client service standards to ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and retain a strong clientele through personalized styling, outreach, and follow-up
- Drive daily and weekly sales goals through strategic outfitting and product storytelling
