Join our dynamic team as a Special Event Driver & Warehouse Assistant, where you'll play an essential role in bringing unforgettable events to life. This hands-on position combines driving, warehouse operations and event setup, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, physical work, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As a member of our team, you will safely transport rental equipment to and from event venues, assist with loading and unloading trucks, prepare and maintain inventory, and help execute event installations and breakdowns. You will also serve as a professional representative of our company, providing exceptional service to clients, venues, and event professionals throughout each interaction.
The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform physically demanding work while maintaining a high level of professionalism are essential. Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and extended hours during peak event seasons is required.

Duties
- Safely drive and operate AT LEAST 16 foot box truck to transport event inventory to various locations, including event venues, private properties, hotels, etc.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing event supplies, equipment, and merchandise on site and at warehouse with heavy lifting as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area including preparation and cleaning of inventory.
Skills
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating commerical vehicles such as cargo van and mid-sized box trucks.
- Ability to perform manual tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
