Description
The Showroom Assistant will be in charge of product communication throughout our Showroom. This candidate will have to become familiar with our variety of rugs to effectively fulfill the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Have product knowledge and effectively communicate with customers about our products
- Be familiar with the Interior Design Industry
- Ensure that customers have the right products and services
- Be able to pitch to prospective customers and generate sales
Requirements
- Be able to lift and flip our merchandise of rugs (up to 150 lbs.) with assistance
- Experience with retail, wholesale or furniture/home goods sales preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to take direction and take initiative
- Professional and good attitude
- Basic computer skills
