Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination:
Develop and implement basketball programs for youth (typically ages 6–18), including clinics, leagues, training sessions, and tournaments.
Create seasonal calendars, schedules, and age-appropriate lesson plans.
Coordinate the use of facilities, equipment, and other program logistics.
Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer coaches, referees, and program assistants.
Youth Engagement & Mentorship:
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants.
Serve as a mentor and positive role model to youth.
Address behavioral and developmental concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Promote values such as teamwork, discipline, respect, and leadership.
Administration & Communication:
Maintain accurate attendance records, registration forms, and incident reports.

Qualifications:
Required:
Experience coordinating youth programs or sports initiatives.
Strong basketball knowledge and/or coaching background.
