Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / M365 administration.
Experience with Power BI administration, reports, dashboards, workspaces, and datasets.
Experience with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive administration.
Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, security, groups, sites, lists, libraries, and content management.
Experience with SharePoint Online migration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user/group management, and authentication.
Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, and compliance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
