Education and Experience Level
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree with a major in computer science or a related field.
- Proven record of accomplishment working on large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders and with cross-functional teams.
- 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with OmniScript and LWC
- Handle development of new business requirements using Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, OmniScript, Apex Batches and Triggers, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other solutions.
- Experience with programming languages such as SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and CSS. experience with batch data and real-time stream processing on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Application Development & Configuration including Lightning App Builder, Flows, Validations rules, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Deep expertise in developing multistep complex UI pages using the LWC framework and OmniScript.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Omniscript development
- Experience with complex Salesforce API integration for applications residing on various platforms. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and other integration tools.
- Implemented Async processing solutions with Platform events, Async Apex, Queueable Apex, CDC, Lightning Message Service etc.
- Extensive understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) development and customization.
- Experience with OmniStudio deployment tools such as IDX Workbench, Vlocity Build Tool (VBT), and Salesforce CLI.
- Collaborate with junior developers to perform code reviews and provide feedback.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including process documentation, naming and commenting conventions and Salesforce policies/procedures.
- Mentor and provide guidance to the development team members.
- Platform Developer I, II & Omnistudio Developer Certification is a must
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD)
- Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Experience with SFDC specific IDE and version control configurations (Github, BitBucket) for Salesforce development (VS Code, IntelliJ, SFDX)
- Experience with accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 compliance.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn plus Excellent written/verbal communication & documentation skills.
