Job Details
- Prepare and present overall project status to management and/or the Product Development Council (PDC) as required. This includes, but is not limited to, tracking the project against the schedule to meet deadlines, measure and track deficiencies that prevent on time completion of major milestones, schedule improvements, etc.
- Schedule, conduct, and complete a post-project evaluation (Lessons Learned) to document how well results were achieved, roadblocks, and improvement opportunities.
- Utilizes the Quality Improvement Process and Lean principles to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. Identify improvements or deficiencies. Collaborate to develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.
Qualifications:
- Project Management Certification or college degree is a plus.
- Minimum two years’ experience managing $100K projects using MS Project (or equivalent) for program/resource tracking (variance reports).
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing environment.
