What we're looking for

We are seeking self-motivated and accountable team members who take pride in their work and want to share this beautiful region with visitors. Ideal candidates will embody our values and ensure each property is prepared to welcome guests following our high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Hours can and will vary weekly and seasonally based on business needs.
Primarily Friday through Monday.
Training provided.
Travel to properties required.
Service area is primarily: Mentone, Menlo, Trenton, Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Northern Alabama / Scottsboro, & Western Chattanooga, .

What you'll do

• Professionally clean and maintain properties following cleaning procedures that conform to our standards
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces
• Wash & put away dishes
• Wash & Fold Laundry
• Make Beds
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms
• Create a welcoming environment for our guests
• Identify and report damages to maintenance as needed
• Remove trash
• Replenish guest consumable items (such as soaps and paper products)
• Maintain hot tubs, as needed
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Skills you'll need

• Must have reliable transportation to arrive on time to assigned property locations
• Your own smartphone and personal email address, to receive assignments, clock in, and report cleans
• Weekend availability
• Great attention to detail
• Capable to perform physical tasks, ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds

Employees who are required to drive a company vehicle must have a valid driver's license, be at least 21 years of age, and have been a licensed driver for no less than 3 years.

An offer of employment allows us to provide a successful completion of a background check.
