Role Description
This contract role for Sales Managed IT Services is a hybrid position located in Boise, ID, with the flexibility for some remote work. The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Unique Solutions' range of managed IT services. Day-to-day tasks also include identifying potential leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, maintaining client communication, and collaborating with the technical team to create tailored IT solutions. The Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales and Account Management, including prospecting, lead generation, and contract negotiation.
- Strong understanding of Managed IT Services and technical solutions; ability to translate technical concepts into client-oriented benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.
- Goal-driven with proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with persuasive presentation capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales process tracking tools.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to work both independently and collaboratively in hybrid settings.
- Prior experience in IT sales, business development, or technology solutions is highly desirable.
