What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Aquatics Supervisor position at Unique Pool Management?
Unique Pool Management is searching for a District Aquatics Supervisor for our St Louis and St Charles counties. Unique Pool Management hires, trains, and staff lifeguards for neighborhood and subdivision pools. This position will recruit, hire, train, and assist in scheduling staff assigned to your area as well as act as the best line of communication for trustees and patrons in an effort to retain contracts each summer while offering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Implement various techniques for staff recruitment, schedule and hold interviews, follow all hiring and onboarding procedures
- Schedule and conduct staff training for certifications and on-site duties
- Maintain staff schedules across your assigned region in cooperation with on-location managers
- Conduct regular supervisory visits to each of your assigned locations
- Communicate regularly effectively with property managers and trustees and attend meetings as desired
- Other reasonable responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lifeguarding or pool management not required, but desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License and your own working vehicle
- Knowledge of Windows, Google, and other computer and office related tasks
The right candidate may be eligible for a full-time, salaried role contingent on performance and demonstration of commitment. This would also include:
