Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home pediatric care for medically fragile children. The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care in a home setting while working closely with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Monitor and assess patient condition and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Manage medical equipment such as ventilators, tracheostomies, feeding tubes, and oxygen therapy when applicable
- Develop and follow individualized plan of care
- Educate and support family members and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate with physicians and care teams regarding patient status and changes in condition
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State]
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Pediatric experience preferred (home health experience a plus)
- Experience with trach, vent, or G-tube care preferred but not required (training may be provided)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Active TB Test
