What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Team Member / Door Staff position at Unique Movers?
Stihl Wolf is looking for a dependable, professional Security Team Member to help create a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident, observant, and comfortable handling difficult situations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Hours range from very part-time to part-time depending on availability and business needs.

Availability Needed:
- Tuesday through Saturday (this will vary day by day)
- Evening and late-night shifts
- Weekend availability preferred
- We are willing to work around other jobs and schedules
Responsibilities:
- Check IDs and monitor guest entry
- Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- De-escalate conflicts and address disruptive behavior professionally
- Monitor crowd activity and identify potential issues before they escalate
- Assist bartenders and staff as needed
- Perform bar back duties, including stocking beer, liquor, ice, and supplies
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bar
- Assist with opening and closing tasks
- Enforce house rules and alcohol service policies
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with confrontation and conflict resolution
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Security, law enforcement, military, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old
