Local CDL Class A Driver – Home Every Night
UMF is hiring a reliable CDL Class A driver to deliver fabricated steel and materials locally. This is a day-shift position with no overnight travel.
Responsibilities:
- Operate flatbed/trailer for local deliveries
- Load/unload materials (forklift/manual)
- Secure loads (chains, straps, tarps)
- Complete delivery paperwork and inspections
- Assist in shop/yard as needed
Requirements:
- CDL Class A clean driving record
- Experience with steel or construction materials preferred
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work outdoors
- Forklift experience a plus
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
- Home daily
- Hourly pay overtime (Average 45-50 hours per week)
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week. When no delivery work is available, employees will be assigned duties in the shop or yard.
