Duties
- Lead guided tours, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
- Share engaging narratives about culturally diverse food, historical sites and landmarks.
- Manage group dynamics efficiently, ensuring timely departures and arrivals while maintaining a lively atmosphere
- Answer questions from guests with clarity and enthusiasm, fostering an interactive environment
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth tour operations and address any unforeseen issues promptly
- Promote safety protocols and ensure all participants adhere to guidelines throughout the tour
Requirements
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to captivate and educate audiences of all ages
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience guiding or managing groups in a lively setting
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction from start to finish
- Effective time management to keep tours on schedule without sacrificing quality
- Clear communication skills for delivering information confidently and engagingly
- Teaching experience or a background in education is a plus for explaining complex topics simply and effectively
- Ability to stand, walk, and move comfortably for extended periods during tours
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
