What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Crew General Labor position at Unique Home Transformations?
We are hiring for someone who has ideally been around some amount of construction or remodeling field. Our requirements aren't much past showing up for work on time and follow important job assignment details. You see, we will teach you everything that you need to know. All we are looking for is someone who is willing to learn and take directions as good coaching for their own development, not criticism that they aren’t doing their job. We are a very team oriented company with tons of work coming in and need your help in growing.
If you insist on being late for work, seem to have many frivolous reasons for not showing up for work, you will absolutely hate us. We're all adults here so please don't waste your time or ours. You will need dependable transportation to our headquarters in Lawrenceburg.
Some of the work we do routinely that you would be a part of:
· Concrete work. The ideal person has a solid background in all aspects from: Grading, forming, rebar, and pouring and finishing.
· Drywalling (installing, seaming, mudding and sanding).
· Demo
· Install new studded walls
· Light plumbing work
· Painting
Work Hours:
6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Pay – Based on Experience: $17/hr. (occasional overtime)
