Commission Structure:

• 30% commission on the first order from each new client
• 20% commission on the second order from the same client
• 10% commission on all subsequent orders from the same client

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual who thrives in a commission-driven environment and is passionate about building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and value to potential clients.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, ideally in a commission-based environment.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
• Self-Motivated: Highly driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
