Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly qualified Certified Environmental Healthcare Supervisor to lead and oversee cleaning, sanitation, and custodial operations within healthcare or institutional environments. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning, sanitation, and custodial activities across multiple departments or facilities.
- Lead and motivate teams engaged in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and hospitality-related housekeeping tasks.
- Ensure all cleaning and sanitation procedures comply with safety regulations, health standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement cleaning & sanitation management plans to optimize efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, use of equipment, and customer service best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and enforce compliance with sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate maintenance or replacement as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as an Environmental Healthcare Supervisor or equivalent credential demonstrating expertise in healthcare sanitation standards.
- Proven supervising experience in industrial cleaning, custodial services, or healthcare environments.
- Extensive knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning operations and sanitation management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate teams, train staff, and liaise with healthcare professionals or facility management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing janitorial operations within commercial or hospitality settings such as hospitals or large institutions.
- Familiarity with laundry processes, hospitality standards, housekeeper management, and customer service principles related to cleanliness services.

Pay: $50,614.35 - $60,954.92 per year
