Construction Project Manager – High-End Residential (Hamptons)
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 / year

UBS Builders is a premier general contracting firm specializing in high-end residential construction and renovations in the Hamptons and New York City. We are seeking a career driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from initial bidding through punch-list completion in the Hamptons.
This role requires exceptional coordination skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality from start to finish.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, designers and architects. Collaboratively manage subcontractors with the Project Supervisor.
- Interpret and analyze construction documents to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.
- Prepare and present project budgets, cost updates, and financial projections.
- Submit change orders and contract adjustments prior to work being completed onsite. This requires continually focus on scope review and job costing exercises.
- Oversee submittals, shop drawings, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Issue agendas and prepare meeting minutes.
- Ensure all work meets the luxury-level standards expected in high-end residential construction.
- Support project closeout, including punch list management and turnover.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of construction project management experience, with at least several years in high-end custom residential work.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, lighting, A/V, and structural plans.
- Solid understanding of the AIA billing process, including change orders.
- Experience with meeting documentation, submittal management, and shop drawing review.
- On-site experience (3 years preferred) with the confidence to work collaboratively with trades.
- Proven leadership abilities—capable of motivating teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Highly organized self-starter with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with MS Project or Procore is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to attend site meetings in the Hamptons as needed.
