We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing avionics systems on a wide range of aircraft. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our avionics equipment meets operational and safety standards, providing hands-on technical support to clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain avionics systems and components on various aircraft.
  • Perform functional testing, calibrations, and system diagnostics to ensure avionics systems operate correctly.
  • Interpret and follow technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to provide input on system designs and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and industry regulations during all work.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent avionics malfunctions.
  • Document maintenance and repair activities in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or technical certification in Avionics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Avionics Technician or in a similar role within the aerospace industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of avionics systems, electronics, and aircraft instruments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to identify and fix problems efficiently.
  • Familiarity with avionics testing equipment and tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and other diagnostic tools).
  • Understanding of FAA regulations and other industry standards related to avionics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
