Experienced Automotive Service Advisor (Commission-Based)

What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers (phone & in-person)
- Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow
- Write accurate repair orders and communicate customer concerns clearly to technicians
- Provide estimates and confidently recommend maintenance and repairs
- Follow repairs from write-up to delivery, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with customers
- Take ownership of each customer interaction and ensure satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience REQUIRED
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission-Based Pay: $50,000 – $120,000 annually (based on performance)
