What You’ll Do
- Vehicle tear-down and damage assessment
- Structural and non-structural body repairs
- Reassembly after body repairs are completed
- Finalizing vehicles for delivery
- Multi-tasking across multiple repair stages
- Priming, blocking, and preparing vehicles to a paint-ready stage
Daily Responsibilities (Including but Not Limited To)
- Repairing and replacing damaged body panels
- Metal work, filler work, and panel alignment
- Sanding, masking, priming, and preparing vehicles for paint
- Ensuring all repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Communicating with team members to ensure workflow efficiency
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Bonus: Experience with automotive painting is a plus. Candidates who can perform both body work and paint (combo tech) are highly valued, but painting is not required for this role.

Requirements
- Proven experience in auto body / collision repair (required)
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with consistent results
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to follow instructions and processes
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Experienced candidates only

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
