Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. This role requires a blend of outside sales, account management, and business development skills to effectively engage with clients and drive sales growth. The Sales Representative will utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, product demos, and upselling strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation to identify potential clients.
  • Manage relationships with existing accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Perform territory management to maximize coverage and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or direct sales roles; experience in technology sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with account management practices and territory sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not required. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52, $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
