What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Unique Advertising & Display Corporation?

A busy, fast-paced tradeshow display company is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Filing and general office organization
  • Data entry
  • Client communication and support
  • Creating & finalizing purchase orders
  • Ordering onsite services and Reconciling accounts
  • Assisting with inventory and related tasks
  • Assisting with front area clean and organized
  • Constant contact mailers when needed

Requirements:

  • Prior office experience (required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly “we will train you in our industry-specific processes”
