A busy, fast-paced tradeshow display company is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks throughout the day.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Filing and general office organization
- Data entry
- Client communication and support
- Creating & finalizing purchase orders
- Ordering onsite services and Reconciling accounts
- Assisting with inventory and related tasks
- Assisting with front area clean and organized
- Constant contact mailers when needed
Requirements:
- Prior office experience (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly “we will train you in our industry-specific processes”
