Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and review of the monthly financial statements for UQUS.
- Prepare and generate operating expense analysis for actuals versus budget.
- Prepare posting of any recurring and adjusting entries related to the month end close process.
- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Year–End account reconciliation with supporting schedules and information.
- Responsible for Sales Report to Landlord and percentage rent calculation.
- Ensure accurate coding of intercompany recharge, prepare reconciliation of intercompany balances, and answering questions from internal companies.
- Ensure accurate coding and timely approval of invoices, purchase orders and A/P vouchers.
- Assist in Audit and Tax preparation and requests.
- Participate in any special projects
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Word
- Experience using SAP preferred
- Experience using SAP - BPC, Coupa and Concur a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a retail or audit environment
Salary: $82,000 - $92,000
