LOCATION: Torrance, CA (hybrid)

SCHEDULE: Hybrid- 3 days/week on-site & 2 days/week remote

Position Overview:

UNIQLO USA is seeking a strategic marketing leader to serve as the primary U.S. lead for the Los Angeles Dodgers partnership while driving key West Coast marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with the Global Sports Team, Dodgers organization, and U.S. cross-functional teams to maximize the business impact of the partnership and support growth across the West Coast market.

Job Responsibilities:

Sports Partnerships

• Serve as the primary U.S. point of contact for the Dodgers partnership.
• Lead long-term partnership strategy and annual planning tied to the Dodgers calendar (Opening Day, All-Star Game, Playoffs, World Series).
• Coordinate between Global Sports Marketing, Dodgers, MLB, and U.S. cross-functional teams.
• Manage partnership budget, KPIs, and ROI.
• Oversee activation planning and execution across stores, e-commerce, marketing, PR, social media, and community initiatives.
• Manage licensing, legal approvals, and MLB compliance requirements.
• Ensure flawless execution of gameday and in-store activations.

West Coast Marketing

• Lead local marketing strategies for West Coast new store openings.
• Develop and execute local events, partnerships, and community activations.
• Manage UTme! collaborations and support Re.UNIQLO initiatives.
• Partner with the CMO and Integrated Store Marketing teams to deliver locally relevant marketing plans.
• Support in-store communications and activations tied to key business priorities, including the Dodgers partnership.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in partnership marketing, sports marketing, retail marketing, or brand marketing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and external partnerships.
• Strong project management, communication, and budget management skills.
• Experience working with sports organizations, sponsorships, or major brand partnerships preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary: $153,000 - $167,000 annually**

The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
