Position Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Payroll, the Payroll Administrator will be responsible for handling full cycle payroll processing for employees in multi-jurisdictional pay groups via ADP Enterprise (EV6), as well as timekeeping related activities through WorkForce (WFS). The position will also provide support to the Payroll and HRIS teams for administrative functions as needed. Additionally, development and generation of reporting will be required based upon needs from within the Payroll function as well as based upon requests from the business. Providing best in class customer service is required at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage start to end payroll processing, along with all associated pre and post-processing tasks, for multiple pay groups under various entities/brands.
- Handle all KPMG files and requests related to expat payrolls.
- Support final pay and off cycle payment processes, generate calculations using OCP functionality and fund via Wisely pay cards or wires as needed.
- Run reports using ADPR for auditing purposes and internal data requests.
- Assist with weekly audits to support payroll processing across all entities.
- Support Historical Edits process, reviewing and approving all requested updates in WFS and following up on errors submitted where needed.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing various Payroll inboxes, ensuring timely responses to emails and completion of any coinciding payroll entries.
- Tracking, researching, troubleshooting, and/or escalating all payroll related issues, with thorough follow through until fully resolved.
- Manage outstanding/stale-dated check files and employee reissue letters.
- Maintain various logs and send follow up emails to resolve issues as needed.
- Provide administrative support to Payroll and HRIS teams as needed.
- Supporting employees, managers, and/or HR with excellent customer service, assistance, and education on all payroll related matters.
- Other related duties to be assigned by direct supervisor
- Frequent in person collaboration
Preferred experience:
- ADP Enterprise (EV6), WorkForce (WFS), ADPR, Workday
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
Salary: $74,000 - $92,000 annually*
