Loss Prevention Specialist

Job Summary
As a Loss Prevention Agent at UNIQLO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our stores. This includes:

• Training store team members on loss prevention and safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Leading associate awareness efforts and generating leads pertaining to internal investigations.
• Building productive relationships with store leadership teams and associates.
• Ensuring compliance and understanding of shortage reduction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LP team can successfully identify, apprehend, and detain shoplifters by following company guidelines.
