Position Overview:

As Ecommerce Manager, you will lead the site and app strategy and execution for UNIQLO U.S. Your mission is to create an engaging, easy-to-navigate shopping experience that drives conversion and sales across all product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own the site merchandising strategy, ensuring category pages, navigation, and product placement maximize engagement and conversion.

· Plan and execute seasonal product launches, campaigns, and promotional events on the site.

· Partner with merchandising teams to localize assortment and ensure accurate product presentation.

· Optimize on-site search, taxonomy, and product categorization for a seamless customer experience.

· Monitor site performance metrics (conversion, bounce rate, click-through) and implement improvements.

· Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align site content with campaigns and brand storytelling.

· Lead and mentor your team to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

· 4–6 years of experience in E-commerce site merchandising, digital merchandising, or related roles (apparel preferred).

· Strong understanding of UX principles, site navigation, and conversion optimization.

· Analytical mindset with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

· Excellent communication and project management skills.

· Experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus

Salary Range: $115,000 - $122,000
