Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel polishes, acrylics, dips, and custom nail art [customize services as needed].
2. Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client preferences and communicating care recommendations clearly.
3. Maintain 100% compliance with State Board regulations, including proper sterilization, sanitation, and organization of tools and workstations.
4. Educate clients on nail health, proper maintenance, and home-care products.
5. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, positive, and supportive salon environment.
6. Maintain punctual attendance and flexible availability to accommodate client schedules
***Pay is semi-monthly, with a percentage split -- merit based.
Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per day
