AT&T Team Member

We at Uniq Strategies are currently expanding our AT&T campaign in Austin, TX and are looking for full-time, energetic and passionate talent to join our team as an AT&T Team Member.

As a full-time AT&T Team Member, you will educate customers about AT&T products and services, provide support, and assist with account-related needs. This AT&T Team Member role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building communication skills, and gaining hands-on experience. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their professional career.

Responsibilities of an AT&T Team Member:

• Engage in-person with customers and provide information about AT&T products, services, and promotions
• Assist customers with account inquiries, and service enrollments
• The AT&T Team Member will help customers navigate through product offerings, and understand available options
• Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Build positive relationships through excellent customer service
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure a smooth experience
• Partake in promotions, sales campaigns and onsite activations
• Work hand in hand with team members to achieve individual and team objectives

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
