Job description:
Duties
- Execute daily production tasks such as packaging, labeling, pre-roll assembly, with precision and speed while following all SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Operate and clean equipment used in extraction, post-processing, and flower handling to ensure product quality and consistency across all batches
- Ensure daily production schedule and goals set by Management are met
- Maintain accurate and compliant records of all production items including weights, batches, and inventory METRC information
Qualifications
- Prior experience with cannabis production preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more consistently throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, stooping, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness in a lab or production setting
- Knowledge of cannabis flower quality, trichome structure, and extraction fundamentals is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check as required by state regulations
- Must be comfortable working in environments with strong terpenes and cleaning chemicals
- Must be comfortable in a climate controlled environment of around 55-60 degrees
The production team is responsible for the safe, efficient, and mindful handling, preparing, and packaging of cannabis products. The typical products handled on a weekly basis can range from flower to concentrates to infused pre-rolls, and other pre-packaged material to be relabeled. Our production team is trained to package a variety of products in a safe and clean environment while maintaining any and all packaging and production equipment.
The shift for this posting is: 4pm-10pm
Pay: $16.00 per hour
