Position Summary

The Electronics Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of consumer electronics while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role combines technical expertise with a commitment to service, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our mission to create lasting relationships and “raving fans.” This position will be between 25 hours per week and full time. Pay will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Service & Repair

• Diagnose and repair electronic devices including phones, computers, gaming systems, and accessories.
• Build desktops and gaming systems. 
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and logical thinking skills a must.
• Perform accurate assessments and provide clear repair recommendations
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all repairs
• Stay current with evolving technologies and repair techniques to continually raise the bar

Customer Experience

• Deliver outstanding, personalized service that turns customers into loyal advocates
• Communicate repair processes, timelines, and costs clearly and honestly
• Go above and beyond to create awesome experiences that exceed expectations
• Resolve issues with professionalism and a focus on long-term relationships
• Excellent time management skills are a must and able to work alone.

Operations & Efficiency

• Maintain organized workspaces and proper documentation of repairs
• Manage parts inventory and ensure tools and equipment are organized and in optimal condition
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks while maintaining accuracy

• Experience in electronics repair or related technical field preferred
