Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can plan and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, support the sales team, and contribute to measurable business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Accountable for the development of all sales collateral, including flyers, catalogs, presentations, FAQs, and promotional materials.
• Develop a full understanding of UniPro’s product line to lead marketing with insight into how each product is used and valued by customers.
• Lead the creation of product training tools and reference materials for Sales and Customer Service teams and product development.
• Partner with internal teams to collaborate on company websites ensuring information is accurate, updated, and aligned with brand standards.
• Plan and support trade shows, ensuring the company’s presence is professional, consistent, and represents the brand effectively.
• Develop customer presentations, product mockups, and uniform samples with a solid understanding of embroidery, screen printing, and customization needs for security and concierge clients.
• Assist in meeting customer needs by finding/sourcing the right products, preparing and responding to bids, and managing special uniform and equipment requirements.
• Build a positive team culture that values accountability, creativity, and collaboration within the sales and marketing department.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in design/marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 10 years of progressive marketing experience; background in general work uniforms as well as police and tactical uniform/gear, manufacturing, or apparel preferred.
• Strong digital marketing skills including social media and video creation, a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Adobe Suite.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Adaptable, dependable, and hands-on.
