MRO Aviation Technician

Unipak Aviation, LLC is a Part 145 aircraft component repair station and is looking for mechanics and technicians to perform maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft parts on the day shift at our modern facility in Sarasota, FL. Interesting, detailed work in a clean, air-conditioned work environment.

• Reading and understanding component maintenance manuals and other technical data.
• Disassembly and cleaning of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and/or pneumatic aircraft components, including pumps, valves, lights, fans, controls, gearboxes and actuators.
• Use of measuring instruments to inspect part conformance.
• Troubleshooting customer reported deficiencies.
• Reassembly of component.
• Performing functional test after maintenance is complete.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a hands-on technical field.
• We will train specific skills for someone with hands on experience.
• Military experience is considered and valued.
• Must be a US citizen or legal resident.
