Job Duties (IT Manager):
- Serve as primary point of contact for IT related issues
- Configure, diagnose and repair hardware and software installation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT strategies, and recommend upgrades and enhancements to top management
- Develop and implement security policies and protocols
- Provide desktop and laptop workstation support to employees onsite and virtually
- Day-to-day administration of Windows server environment
- Maintain IT equipment inventory
- Repair network connectivity issues
- Maintain/update active directory, DNS, DHC
Required Experience (IT Manager):
- Minimum one (1) year of IT systems administration experience or relevant technical experience.
- Experience with international freight forwarding or customs clearance a plus.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery systems is a plus.
Required Language (IT Manager):
Read, write, and speak English fluently. Bilingual in Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.
