JOB DUTIES (Accountant):
- Assist with daily transactions, including AR/AP, general ledger and bank reconciliation
- Provide back up for month-end and year-end closing
- Organize financial data and maintain updated records
- Enforce accounting policies and procedures in accordance with company policy and goals
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Assist with preparing budgeting reports and forecast revenues
QUALIFICATIONS (Accountant):
- One (1) year of experience in international freight forwarding or customs clearance preferred.
- One (1) year of accounting experience preferred.
- Read write and speak English fluently. Bi-lingual in Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.
