7 hours per day x 185 days per year (Benefit eligible)
Salary range $14.57 - $18.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY: The Testing Center Paraprofessional assists students and teachers in the school environment with scheduling, and coordinating makeup testing.
QUALIFICATIONS: To successfully perform this position, a person must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below represent minimum levels of educational achievement, training, skill, and/or ability necessary.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to deal with interruptions, multi-task – flexibility

- Ability to work with teachers and staff

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Employee must have the ability to perform the following essential functions on a timely basis with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Record attendance of students reporting to and leaving the Testing Center.
- Receive, monitor, and track required makeup testing of students from teachers
- Maintain individual student time logs
- Document accurate start times
- Maintain testing atmosphere
- Ensure security of tests at all times
- Ensure academic honesty
- Must be able to multitask at all times
- Report violators of academic honesty
- Prepare documentation for violators
- Strictly monitor use of time and materials
- Keep track and adhere to all 504 and concussion accommodations for testing.
- Assist students with required accommodations to ensure test integrity.
- Assist/instruct students with computer and Chromebook questions/issues.
- Be able to work closely with the 504 coordinator especially for midterm and final exams. Be able to make spreadsheets for student 504 testing schedules and organize tests.
- Keep accurate records of test materials in the Testing Center
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

WORK SCHEDULE: 10-Month position, 185 days/year; 7 hours/day; 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
